Keenan HealthCare and Madison Healthcare Insurance Services Enter Cooperative Agreement

Keenan HealthCare, the Torrance, CA-based brokerage and consulting firm, and Madison Healthcare Insurance Services, based in Huntington Beach, CA, are pleased to announce a cooperative agreement. As of March 24, 2008 Madison Healthcare will assume brokerage services of all medical malpractice insurance coverages to Keenan's physician and medical group clients. Madison will also be assuming responsibility for certain ancillary insurance coverages as well. Keenan HealthCare will continue to provide employee benefit coverages and services to all of Keenan HealthCare's medical group clients.
