ACM's Managed Medicaid Assist Program to Enhance Care Delivered to Carolina Crescent Health Plan Members

MINNEAPOLIS, April 2, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- ACM, a leading healthcare benefits management company, today announced a new agreement with Carolina Crescent Health Plan that will bring a dynamic combination of authorization processing, claim adjudication, and provider network management to Medicaid beneficiaries throughout South Carolina.
Through ACM's comprehensive Managed Medicaid Assist(SM) program, the company will provide authorization coordination and partially-delegated authorization services; claim adjudication and management of the provider reimbursement process; and patient intake and placement for a full array of services, including home health, infusion therapy, durable medical equipment, and orthotics and prosthetics.
