Alternate Health Care Topic of Belfast Forum
BELFAST – Suggestions on how alternate health practices could result in a healthier and more pain-free life will be offered at the Midcoast Maine Women’s Health Conference scheduled for Saturday, May 17.
Practices such as acupuncture, Reiki, sound therapies, diet, using herbs or cutting out sugar, and many more issues will be discussed and in some cases debated during the conference at University of Maine Hutchinson Center. The conference will feature workshops and exhibits. Choose from 29 workshops in four sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or just enjoy the great exhibits, followed by a two-hour concert by Inanna, Sisters in Rhythm. Admission is $10.
