SBA Announces State Holiday Closing of Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Scott County

ATLANTA, April 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The U.S. Small Business Administration announces today that the Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Scott County located in the Scott County Courthouse; 100 E. Main Street, Forest, Mississippi, will close on Monday, April 28, in recognition of the State Holiday. The Center in Scott County will resume normal operations on Tuesday, April 29. The Centers in Newton, Rankin and Warren counties will remain open on the State Holiday. All Centers will cease operation at the close of business Thursday, May 1.

The Centers are located in the following communities and operating hours are as indicated:

Business loan applications may be downloaded from http://www.sba.gov/. Applications may be returned to any of the disaster assistance centers or mailed to: U. S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76155.

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is June 16, 2008. The deadline to return economic injury applications is January 16, 2009.
