POZEN Announces May 8, 2008 Webcast of First Quarter 2008 Results

POZEN Inc. (NASDAQ: POZN), announced today that it will release first quarter 2008 results on May 8, 2008, before the market opens.

The announcement will be followed by a live webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time with a discussion by POZEN management of the earnings and business results.
