Allarae Healthcare, Inc. Appoints Gary Wald and Incubator Partners to Lead the Company's Worldwide Marketing and Distribution Efforts

Allarae Healthcare, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALHI), an international developer and distributor of advanced biotechnology and personal health screening products, has named Gary Wald and his company, Incubator Partners, as its Marketing and Distribution consultant.

Mr. Wald launched Incubator Partners five years ago as a marketing and business development consulting firm to aid companies and promote new brands. His success in this endeavor is notable. Gary earned his MBA in marketing from Northwestern University.

Wald's career includes stints with major advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Grey Advertising. He has completed several successful engagements with Fortune 500 companies including NBC, GTE/Verizon and Medtronic. For Allarae Mr. Wald's will concentrate on revenue and profit growth and building a world-class brand.

Incubator Partners makes major contributions to companies in the fields of telemedicine, diabetic care, biotech, consumer products and agriculture, particularly with respect to market expansion, market penetration and market share growth. In the healthcare field, Gary enhanced market penetration of Medtronic's Paradigm insulin pump by enabling product upgrades via software enhancements and a joint venture with Becton Dickinson that enables a "glucometer" and the insulin pump to wirelessly communicate with each other. Recently, he launched TelaDoc, a network of board certified, primary care physicians who provide Telemedicine consultation, recommend treatment and prescribe medication when necessary.
