Magellan Health Services Announces Annual Meeting Date

The Board of Directors of Magellan Health Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:MGLN), the nation’s leading manager of behavioral health care services, announced today that the 2005 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2005, in Avon, Conn. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Avon Old Farms Inn, 1 Nod Road.
The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting is Friday, April 1, 2005.
