20 Per Cent of Women Don't Take Any Exercise

A FIFTH of women do no exercise despite the fact it could help reduce their risk of cancer, a survey revealed yesterday.
The poll, by Cancer Research UK, found 20 per cent of women did no exercise, while a third did the recommended levels of several sessions a week
. But almost half of more than 2,300 women questioned knew that taking regular exercise could reduce their risk of some cancers such as colon and breast cancer.Source: Belfast News Letter, The
