Center for Diagnostic Imaging Appoints New Board Member
Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a national outpatient imaging company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Timothy Heady to its Board of Directors.
“We are excited to add such a qualified healthcare executive to the CDI Board,” states Bob Baumgartner, Center for Diagnostic Imaging CEO. “Tim’s healthcare experience will further strengthen the Board and add an additional, independent viewpoint to help shape the future direction of CDI.”
Mr. Heady brings over 25 years of healthcare industry expertise. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealth Pharmaceutical Solutions, a business unit of Twin Cities based UnitedHealthcare, that provides pharmacy benefits and management for employers, commercial and government, representing more than 16 million individuals and $10 billion in prescription drug spending annually.
Mr. Heady joined UnitedHealthcare in November 2001, relocating from Chicago where he was Vice President, Customer Operations for Searle/Pharmacia’s U.S. business. His career prior to joining UnitedHealthcare includes 21 years of executive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a couple of years leading a start-up healthcare business in Colorado.
Mr. Heady received a B.S. degree in management from Purdue University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
