Summer Cheerleading Classes Offered at Community Center

REDLANDS – The Redlands Community Center offers cheerleading classes beginning June 11. Members of the classes will march in the Redlands Fourth of July Parade.

Registration is Wednesday, June 11, the night of the first class.

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings through July 23 at the Redlands Community Center, 111 W. Lugonia Ave. Times vary according to age.

Beginner level: 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. juniors, ages 5, 6 and 7

6:15 to 6:45 p.m., seniors, age 8 and older

Intermediate level:

6:45 to 7:15 p.m., age 9 and older

The cost is $40 for the session. Scholarships are available. Beginner pompoms are availabe for $25. Performance uniforms are $50, payable to the instructor as needed.
