GreenField Health Implements Microsoft HealthVault Using Kryptiq Suite

Kryptiq, a provider of healthcare connectivity systems, has announced that GreenField Health has implemented Microsoft HealthVault connectivity using Kryptiq’s Connect IQ Patient Portal and Secure Messaging.

GreenField Health, a consulting group and medical clinic, will use Connect IQ to enable patients exchange information between their doctor’s office and their HealthVault account. Kryptiq has said that this is the first live implementation of connectivity between a clinical practice and Microsoft HealthVault.

According to Kryptiq, its Connect IQ suite now allows patients to save secure messages and associated healthcare information to their HealthVault account. Patients may also view personal clinical information stored in HealthVault, such as blood pressure values or medications, and send this information directly to their physician via secure messaging.

Since Kryptiq’s secure messaging is integrated with GreenField’s EMR, patient communications can then be processed within the physician’s existing workflow.
