Healthy Book Launched at the Phil

LIVERPOOL health bosses are launching Healthier, the second book in a series designed to provide insights into food, exercise, nutrition and cookery.
Healthier is a collaboration of local practitioners eager to pass on tips on health and wellbeing.
The book was being launched at the Philharmonic Hall to day by MP Maria Eagle and Liverpool Primary Care Trust chair Gideon Ben T
