50 Free Places on First-Aid Course
St John Ambulance is offering 50 free first-aid course places to Derbyshire parents as part of National Child Safety Week.
The three-hour emergency life support course takes place on Saturday, June 28, in Derby and is for parents and anyone else who cares for children.
Participants will be taught how to deal with choking, burns, broken bones, allergic reactions, seizures, cuts and life-saving resuscitation.
The course runs from 9.30am to 4pm, at Princess Training Centre, in Trinity Street. To book a place, call 0845 1304 999.
