Patients Have a Say on Care
PATIENTS are being asked for their views on health centres led by GPs.
The Big Conversation, a consultation event, will take place in County Durham on Monday, July 14.
Organised by the Durham Primary Care Trust the event is the second in a series of talks being carried out with residents.
The talks follow a government report asking PCTs to provide extended and improved access to GP services.
Across England 150 new GP-led Health Centres will be created, with one coming to County Durham.
The Big Conversation will be held at the Gully House in Wingate from 6pm to 8pm.
The consultation, will run until August 4.
Residents can take part by filling in an online questionnaire at www.countydurham – pct.nhs.uk or by e-mailing their views to email@example.com
