3 Models Debut at Tower on the Park

Jul. 18–Three models recently opened at Metropolitan Tower on the Park, a 30-story condominium tower at 310 S. Michigan Ave.
Located on the building’s 12th floor, the models are of a two-bedroom, two-bath design; a three-bedroom, 2 1/2 -bath layout, and three-bedroom, three-bath plan. Units are priced from the mid-$500,000s.
Located in the former Britannica Centre, the 242 condos are being developed by Metropolitan Properties of Chicago. The residences have protected views of Grant Park, Millennium Park and the lakefront.
The sales center and models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Autumn Creek Pulte Homes has three models available for immediate delivery at Autumn Creek in Yorkville, planned for 317 single-family residences and 258 townhouses.
In all, Pulte offers five single-family floor plans in its Fields Series at Autumn Creek. Base-priced from $234,990, the designs range from 2,267 to 3,036 square feet. Each plan is a four- bedroom, 21/2 bath layout with a family room opening to the kitchen and breakfast area.
The four townhouse plans range from 1,150 to 1,574 square feet and are base-priced from $136,990. The ranch and two-story layouts have two or three bedrooms, up to 21/2 baths, master suites with walk-in closets and private baths (per plan) and two-car attached garages.

Cedar Grove Construction is under way on two townhouse models at Cedar Grove in Elgin, a development of 87 townhouses and 52 single-family residences by Ryland Homes.
Located just west of Randall Road, at the intersection of Bowes Road and Corron Road, Cedar Grove is a 54-acre development within Burlington school district 301.
Models of the Amherst and Chelsea plans are scheduled for an October opening.
Ranging from 1,764 to 2,185 square feet, the floor plans at Cedar Grove offer two or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, basements and large living areas, and attached two-car garages.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 20/Lake Street to Nesler Road (about one mile west of Randall Road) south 3.5 miles to South Street. The development is at the intersection of Nesler and South Street.
The four decorated models include fireplaces, finished basements, ceramic or hardwood flooring, and upgraded cabinets and appliances. Prices begin in the upper-$200,000s. Sales hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except noon to 6 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
