Brave Women Inspired Long Charity Cycle
A CYCLIST is embarking on a mammoth journey in memory of two women who bravely battled cancer.
Nigel Critchley, 43, from Heath, Cardiff, will tomorrow begin a two-day charity cycle ride from Holyhead to Cardiff in tribute to Amy Lewis and Angela Reed, who both died of cancer this year.
Amy worked with Nigel at GMAC Financial Services, in Treforest, while Angela, from Penarth, was godmother to his son.
The sponsored cycle has already generated pounds 2,800 for Marie Curie Cancer Care, whose nurses cared for Amy and Angela.
