Take Care Health Opens Three Clinics in Wichita

Take Care Health Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgreens, has opened three Take Care clinics at Walgreens drugstores in Wichita, Kansas.
Take Care Health Systems now has 15 clinics in the region, including 12 in the Kansas City metro area. Additional expansion is planned for the state in 2008, including three additional sites in Wichita, expansion in Kansas City and a new market launch in Topeka.
Peter Miller, Take Care Health Systems's president and CEO, said: "Take Care clinics bring a high-quality, affordable and convenient healthcare option to the communities where we operate. As one of our first and most established markets, Kansas City has shown incredible growth, driven by patient awareness and acceptance of our model. We look forward to serving even more Kansas residents with our launch in Wichita."
