Touchstone Health Members Get Access to Customized Medicare Transplant Solutions

NEW YORK, N.Y., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Touchstone Health HMO, Inc. and OptumHealth announced today an agreement that will provide Touchstone Health members with access to the country's top transplant facilities with specialized support for patients and their families. OptumHealth's customized Medicare Transplant Solutions eases the transplant process by assigning case managers who will work with Touchstone Health members and their doctors from initial consultation through the post-transplant period, providing information, coordinating medical care and benefits, and assisting with activities such as travel and lodging at the transplant facility.
