digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Announces the Sale of Three Pharmacies to Executive Health Care

As part of the Company's transition from a pharmacy company to a digital medical software company, digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) has completed the sale of three of its Harrington's Acquisitions Inc.'s pharmacies, two located in Dallas, Texas, and one located in Ft. Meyers, Florida, to Executive Health Care of Wyoming. digiMedical is not selling the Company's proprietary digital prescription handling software. Instead, digiMedical will receive transaction based sales commissions for every prescription that is fulfilled using digiRX software or digiReauth call center services currently in use at these three pharmacies and surrounding physician offices and clinics.

digiMedical is transitioning its business to focus on its suite of proprietary software and reauthorization call center services provided to doctors and pharmacies as the Company continues to grow its ecommerce business model. The company plans to issue updates on the new business focus in the coming weeks.

digiMedical provides digital prescription handling software that captures and transmits prescriptions digitally from the physician's office to the pharmacy, securely and in compliance with all DEA and HIPAA requirements. The suite of software includes digiRX, digiRxStream, digiReauth, digiRxComp, and digiAccounting.
