Look: Fit for Life – You Can Eat Fat and Still Be Thin

YOU may find it difficult to believe but it’s true – milk, cheese and yogurt really can help you to lose weight.

The bone-builder calcium found in these dairy foods helps your body to burn fat cells at a much faster rate.

Research has shown that people on a high dairy calcium diet have a more effective metabolism meaning that their bodies turn calories into fuel more efficiently.

Numerous studies show that calcium can help to contribute t o weight management in addition to being an asset to bone health.

Diets low in calcium can result in the body not being able to access fat reserves for energy and as a result the body accumulates more fat.

Diets rich in dairy calcium have been found to be particularly successful in assisting with fat being lost from around the stomach.

The current recommended daily allowance for calcium is 800mg a day but it is however thought that an intake of around 1,200mg per day is more appropriate for weight maintenance.

This can be achieved by eating three portions of low fat dairy products a day, including a 200ml glass of milk; 150g pot of yogurt and 30g of cheese.

FEELING stressed and in need of a massage but just don’t have the time to go to?

Well I think I’ve found the answer. As my working days become more stressful and I can feel my muscles tightening I turn to the Omni massage roller.

This small, lightweight, multi directional rolling ball gives surprisingly deep penetrating pressure and relief which you would expect from a full massage.

I have to admit it is a rather strange looking object but it really does work.

The roller is available in two sizes priced at pounds 4.99 and pounds 12.99.

It is available from health food stores and Greens Health Clubs
