See Plans for New Hospital
Plans for Moreton-in- Marsh's new hospital will be on display on Friday.
Residents can give their views on the proposed development at the Fire Service College, on the A44 London Road.
A new state-of-the-art hospital was earmarked for the town, following the announcement of a pounds13.2 million grant for Cotswolds health services.
The funds came after Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust made a successful bid to the Department of Health.
The hospital will include a health campus with GP surgeries and 25 beds for observation, nursing, therapy and rehabilitation.
A minor injury unit, minor surgery facilities and space for visiting mobile services and diagnostic facilities, are also set for the site. Plans will be on view.
A Fire Service College spokesman said: "The event is an opportunity for the local community to participate in shaping the future development of this important site.
"Visitors will be able to get an update on proposals, view the plans and understand the constraints and opportunities for the site, find out more about the and comment on the proposals."
The district council is expecting an outline planning application to be submitted in the next couple of months.
The government money will also fund a secondary healthcare campus at Bourton-on-the-Water.
