Healthcare Practice Wellness Manager Injects New Life Into Grassi's Healthcare Practice

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Grassi & Co. CPAs -- Melissa Messite, RN, BSN, has been added as a Healthcare Consultant at Lake Success-based Grassi & Co., CPAs. Messite, a former Medical Practice Manager, is joining Grassi Healthcare Consulting, the healthcare division of Grassi & Co. She will offer external healthcare practice check-ups, serving as a Healthcare Practice Wellness Manager. In her role, Melissa will share her experience in cash flow management, practice establishment, accounts receivable analysis, and other healthcare operational functions.
Messite has always been in private practice medicine. With years of experience managing medical practices, Messite has endured many of the same challenges that she now helps clients solve. "Functioning as an external Healthcare Practice Wellness Manager, you have to examine a variety of operational processes," Messite said.
