Healthvision Acquires MediSolution's Healthcare Products and Services Division

Healthvision, a provider of healthcare specific software and services, has completed its previously announced asset purchase of MediSolution's healthcare products and services division.
The acquisition includes MediSolution's healthcare-specific product suites including the electronic health record systems, a patient management suite, clinical department systems, lab information systems, and public health and community care solutions.
This acquisition further solidifies Healthvision's reach into the Canadian marketplace adding over 300 customers to their current base. MediSolution's healthcare products and service division will now operate under the Healthvision brand.
Russell Fleischer, CEO of Healthvision, said: "Closing this transaction marks an exciting milestone for Healthvision. The MediSolution assets in conjunction with our existing business deepens our healthcare domain expertise and will benefit all of our customers."
