Art Reception Puts Focus on Puppy Mills

Boone County National Bank Lobby Gallery, 720 E. Broadway, features “Stopping Misery in Missouri,” an art exhibition raising awareness about puppy mills in Missouri. A special benefit reception will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today. The exhibit will runs through next Thursday. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. 289-3799. The show is free.
