Synergetics USA, Inc. To Appear at the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons
Synergetics USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: SURG), a leading microsurgery company that designs, manufactures and markets medical devices for use primarily in ophthalmic surgery and neurosurgery, announced today that the company will be participating in the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons ("CNS Annual Meeting") being held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from September 20-25, 2008. Multiple members of the Synergetics management team will be on hand at the company's exhibitor booth #1133 including: Chief Financial Officer Pamela G. Boone, Chief Operating Officer Kurt Gampp, Chief Scientific Officer Jerry Malis, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Dave Dallam, and Chairman of Board Robert H. Dick.
The purpose of the CNS Annual Meeting is to provide continuing medical education for practicing neurosurgeons, neurosurgical residents in training, and postgraduate neurosurgical fellows, as well as allied health professionals including nurses, physician assistants and clinical specialists.
