Public meetings set for Richmond master plan
Richmond’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities will hold a series of public meetings to give people the opportunity to provide input into the department’s draft master plan.
The department began working on a master plan in April 2007 to guide it through the next 10 years. A draft of the plan has now been completed based on information collected from an assessment of the department’s parks, facilities and services, focus group meetings, and a statistically valid survey of Richmond households.
