Prime Health Services and Tenet Healthcare Reach National Agreement

Prime Health Services (Prime Health), a national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), is proud to announce the formation of a new relationship with Tenet Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: THC) nationally. This relationship will enhance Prime Health's highly advanced and cost-effective healthcare management. All of Tenet's hospitals became part of the Prime Health Services Network effective Sept. 1, 2008.

The arrangement allows Prime Health's customers access to more than 50 hospitals throughout 12 states.
