(OTCBB:PPRG) announced today that its TB&A Television Services subsidiary has been awarded an eight-year contract from Alle-Kiski Medical Center, part of the 5 hospital West Penn Allegheny Health System, to provide an advanced technology platform for television education and entertainment services.
