Teen Airlifted to Hospital
A Teenager was airlifted to hospital after fracturing his ankle falling down a bank.
The boy, believed to be 15 years old, was found injured at the bottom of a bank, off Federation Road, Burslem, at 12.15pm yesterday.
Ambulances struggled to reach him and an air ambulance landed in a nearby field.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "The location access to the field was difficult so an air ambulance airlifted the boy to hospital."
