DUMPLING SALE: The Ephrata Cloister, 632 W. Main St., Ephrata, will hold its annual apple dumpling sale from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 10 and 11.
Apple dumplings are $3.50.They will be available for take-out only on Friday. Hot dumplings will be served along with hot dogs, vegetable soup and coffee on Saturday.
Proceeds will be used to purchase original Ephrata Cloister artifacts.

ANTIQUES: The Ephrata Elks, 170 Akron Road, Ephrata, will host an Antiques and Collectibles Road Show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11.
Appraisals will be conducted by Jamie Shearer of Pook & Pook Inc. of Downingtown. Appraisals will be available for toys, jewelry, textiles, glassware, china and more.
Tickets are $6 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Food and refreshments will be sold.
Proceeds benefit the Elks' annual scholarships to individuals continuing their education at a trade/technical school.

METAPHYSICS: The Lancaster Metaphysical Study Group will meet at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, at 404 S. School Lane.
The topic of discussion is from the book "The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton. You do not need the book, nor do you have to have read it to attend.

HARP/FLUTE: Harpist Rebecca Kauffman Weaver and flutist Mary Hannigan will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fruitville Pike and Delp Road.
The concert is part of St. Peter's Musical Arts Concert Series.
A free-will offering will be taken.
SHARE: SHARE of Lancaster, a support group for parents and families who have experienced stillbirth, miscarriage, SIDS or any pregnancy loss, will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lancaster General Health Campus, 2100 Harrisburg Pike, second floor neurocenter conference room.
Meetings are facilitated by professional grief and loss counselors.
