Proteonomix, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PROT) announces that Proteoderm, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has finalized the contents and packaging of its anti-aging cosmoceutical line. Proteoderm intends to distribute its products through participating physicians commencing the first quarter of 2009. The Company has created two Proteoderm websites -- one for those interested in learning more about its products and one for physicians interested in distributing the product line.
Since the introduction of Proteoderm's cosmoceutical product at the July 2008 International Anti-Aging conference in Washington, D.C, which has a membership of 20,000 physicians globally, Proteoderm continues to receive numerous requests to join its Physicians Network from doctors both in the United States and abroad to join its Physicians Network and from medical product distributors.
"We can now align ourselves with our Physicians Network. We have begun negotiation with several foreign distributors for the right to sell our cosmoceutical," stated Michael Cohen, CEO.
The Physicians Network enables doctors and licensed health care providers to join with the Company, to expand their practices and services. Physicians will be able to offer new products to patients, while enhancing and/or replacing other therapies such as Botox(TM) fillers, applications, and treatments. Proteoderm anti-aging solutions can bring patients higher satisfaction and results, working to revitalize and rejuvenate cells to help drastically reverse the effects of aging. Further, they enhance skin moisture, help create a more radiant youthful look, smooth and soften the skin's appearance, and achieve a more refined skin structure through reduction in wrinkles. To meet the anticipated demand for its products, the Company is seeking additional strategic partners.
