Sagent Pharmaceuticals, Inc. And Itochu Chemical Frontier Corporation Announce Development and Manufacturing Collaboration

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Sagent Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately-held specialty pharmaceutical company, and Itochu Chemical Frontier Corporation (ICF), a privately-held global company in the field of pharmaceutical and organic and fine chemicals based in Japan, today announced finalization of a development and supply collaboration. Under the agreement, ICF will supply injectable products for which Sagent will obtain U.S. regulatory approval and market in the United States.
