Blood Cancer Symposiums Slated For Patients, Caregivers
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and The Lancaster Cancer Center will present two blood cancer symposiums for patients and their caregivers. A Myeloma Symposium will be held at The Lancaster Cancer Center, 1858 Charter Lane, Suite 202, on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The program will feature Dr. Peter DeGreen, medical oncologist at the cancer center.
A Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Symposium will be held on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., also at the cancer center. The program will include a presentation by Dr. Tracy DeGreen from Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, who will cover disease overview and diagnosis, review of current and emerging drug therapies, management of the disease and more.
