The Manet Community Health Center’s annual autumn auction will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at the Blue Cross building, 1 Enterprise Drive.

At least 260 people are expected to attend the event, at which the Boston Medical Center will be honored for helping launch a new electronic medical records system at Manet.

Meg Aranow, vice president of the Boston Medical Center, will accept the Manet Medallion on the hospital’s behalf.

“They’ve shown their goodwill and fellowship by providing support for funding, staff and guidance,” said Cynthia Sierra, director of development at the Manet Community Health Center.

The Oct. 16 event will feature a live auction with Jay McQuaide as master of ceremonies. He is the director of internal communications at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and a former WBZ news anchor.

All of the proceeds will go to the Manet Center.

Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased at 110 West Squantum St.
