Physician Offers New, Old-Fashioned Health Care to Duluth Area Patients
DULUTH, Ga., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Mathew J. Britton, M.D., will open a new primary care practice designed to appeal to patients in search of a user-friendly alternative to the long wait times, rushed appointments and lack of personal interaction that most patients experience with their doctors.
The latest of several ModernMed practices nationwide, Dr. Britton will serve patients in the Duluth and metro Atlanta area and is scheduled to open on Nov. 10. The practice will accommodate a maximum of only 500 patients, compared to the 2,500 patient load of the average primary medical practice.

"This is why I continually increase my knowledge of medical care with 30 hours of additional training through the Intensive Family Practice Review, biweekly programs on advances in medicine."
The distinguishing characteristic of the practice is the extraordinary level of access to Dr. Britton and his staff. In addition to regular office hours of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., patients are guaranteed same-day or next-day appointments, and Dr. Britton will make house calls to help those with limited access to care. Patients can also contact him 24 / 7 through email or mobile phone.
Dr. Britton will treat patients age five and older with a broad range of wellness services to complement his preventive approach to primary health care. Patients will receive annual comprehensive wellness exams and have direct access to their electronic medical records.
