Hill Physicians Medical Group Joins the Alliance CompleteCare Physician Network

Access to high quality health care is easier and more convenient than ever before for Alameda County residents now that Hill Physicians Medical Group has joined the Alliance CompleteCare network of doctors. Hill Physicians, one of California's top performing medical groups, will become part of the Alliance CompleteCare network as of Dec. 1, 2008. This newest addition doubles the network by adding more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists to the number of providers offered to Alliance CompleteCare members.

Alliance CompleteCare is a health plan for people who live in Alameda County and who qualify for both MediCare and Medi-Cal. Alliance CompleteCare combines MediCare, Medi-Cal and Part D drug coverage into one simple plan. Additionally, with Alliance CompleteCare, each member has access to a personal Care Advisor who helps them get the most from available benefits and can connect them to community resources such as meal deliveries and utility assistance.
As with all programs offered through the Alliance, the goal of Alliance CompleteCare is to maximize the health and wellness of its members by effectively incorporating preventive care, disease management and other important components into the plan design. Once a qualified individual enrolls in Alliance CompleteCare, they are able to receive health care services from a wide range of local health care providers including those in Alameda County who are affiliated with Hill Physicians Medical Group.
Enrollment for Alliance CompleteCare is open year round. Eligible individuals can join at anytime and can schedule one-on-one appointments with the Alliance CompleteCare staff at their convenience.
