Estero Urgent Care to Hold 'A Matter Of Heart' Health Fair, a Free Event Focusing on Heart Disease Prevention to be Held on December 21st at Estero Community Park

ESTERO, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its campaign to be the leading provider of medical care to the Southwest Florida community, Estero Urgent Care will be hosting "A Matter of Heart" Health Fair at Estero Community Park on Sunday December 21st. Attendees will hear the latest expert medical advice on heart disease prevention from Estero Urgent Care's award-winning team of physicians. The Estero staff will also be performing free cholesterol, carotid bruit, blood pressure and diabetes screenings -- the leading tests to determine a person's risk of heart disease -- completely free of charge. The event will also include the participation of an array of non-profit organizations that will provide health-related information and other free services to benefit the community.
