Courage Center Transitional Rehabilitation Program to Participate in Learning Collaborative With Stratis Health

Courage Center will participate in quality improvement activities and
interventions to improve the lives of the people who live in their nursing
homes with specific focus on reducing pressure ulcers and physical restraints.
Organizational culture change will be at the heart of this work and best
practices will be shared with the
