Major Health Care Provider Engages Home Care Assistance to Provide Services for Approximately 1,400 of Its Members

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Care Assistance of Eastern Pennsylvania has begun overseeing and coordinating services under contract with Bravo Health, a leading, nationally-recognized provider of services to Medicare beneficiaries. These services include scheduling and coordinating members' appointments with specialized medical facilities, providing transportation to and from those appointments and providing companionship and other aid for approximately 1,400 members of Bravo Health.
