HealthSouth Declares Dividend on 6.5 Percent Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $16.25 per share on its 6.5 percent Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on Jan. 15, 2009, to holders of record on Jan. 1, 2009.
