Health Systems Solutions, Inc. Notifies Emageon of its Desire to Close the Merger

NEW YORK, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Health Systems Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HSSO) -- Health Systems Solutions, Inc. ("HSS") announced that it formally notified Emageon Inc. ("Emageon") yesterday that HSS is prepared to move forward and close the merger with Emageon. HSS also announced that yesterday it had requested of Stanford International Bank Limited ("SIBL") that SIBL fund the transaction today. HSS continues to communicate with SIBL and urge it to fund the transaction. HSS can neither guarantee that Stanford will ultimately fund or that alternative sources of financing will be available.
