EngagementHealth(R) Among First in Nation To Be Early Adopter of the NCQA's New Wellness & Health Promotion Accreditation Program

NCQA's standardized measures enable employers to make informed comparisons of programs, and to choose one with proven quality and value. According to the Wellness Councils of America, more than 81 percent of businesses with 50 or more employees have a health promotion program.
"Preventable chronic disease accounts for approximately 75 percent of what we spend on healthcare each year," said
Personal Prevention Profiles, Targeted Risk Programs, onsite health kiosks and a telephonic interactive voice response system, and Health Counselors.

NCQA's Wellness & Health Promotion Accreditation assesses key areas of health promotion, including the implementation of wellness programs in the work place, coaching and other services that help participants develop the skills they need to make healthy choices and the safeguarding of health information for individuals.
