The implementation process took just over two months from plan to launch. Tesia-PCI's 18 years of Real Time Claims experience and expertise helped United Concordia to avoid common Real Time Claims processing pitfalls.

According to Menendez, the enhanced connectivity also will help reduce a doctor's accounts receivables through balance billing on the spot.
