Cleveland Clinic Offering Free Online Videos to Encourage Health and Wellness

CLEVELAND, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- In a continued effort to promote health and wellness, Cleveland Clinic is offering free educational online videos. The regularly updated videos are intended to motivate and inspire healthy lifestyle choices.

A prominent series in the first set of videos focuses on Cleveland Clinic's Walk for Good Campaign, http://health.clevelandclinic.org/Index/Index.aspx. Following an introductory video, there are weekly videos that offer tips to help participants make the most out of their Walk for Good commitment. In addition, there are videos available that discuss the importance of managing your health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
