National Detection Clinics Increases Market Share in Organic Health Products

National Detection Clinics Ltd. (PK: NADE), an emerging leader in breast cancer early detection, today announced that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with Sea Spa Products Inc., a developer of proprietary technology designed to transform deep-sea water into a host of skin care and medical products that are organic and healthy.

Sea Spa's Skin Care Collection is an advanced skin care product line, based in the natural elements of the legendary, mineral rich, Dead Sea. Their unique skin care products are a natural aid and viable alternative to the burgeoning skin care market. The Letter of Intent consists of an Exclusive Worldwide Distributor arrangement that provides National Detection Clinics a platform to further diversify its synergistic business strategy into the robust health and life sciences. According to Information Resources Inc. (IRI), Chicago, supermarket, drug store and mass merchandise skin care sales totaled nearly $1.85 billion and grew 10% for the year ending Feb. 25. Facial cleansers represented 34.7% of the dollar share with sales of $640 million, and facial moisturizers represented 19.4% with sales of $358 million. Prestige skin care sales rose 6% last year to $1.7 billion, according to NPD BeautyTrends, Port Washington, NY.
