Anadys Pharmaceuticals to Present at the Cowen and Company Healthcare Conference

SAN DIEGO, March 12, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDS) announced today that it will present at the 29th Annual Cowen and Company Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. EDT (5:45 a.m. PDT). The conference is being held at the Boston Marriot Copley Square Hotel.

Steve Worland, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Anadys, will provide an overview of Anadys and its clinical programs: ANA598 and ANA773 in hepatitis C and ANA773 in cancer.
