MHA to Release Results of Second Annual Independent Long Term Care Member Study

The inaugural study was completed in 2008 and was widely popular with MHA members, business partners and industry insiders. As a continued commitment to the industry, MHA enhanced the 2009 Study to include detailed information on key performance metrics in three areas: finance, operations and technology. The new study also features the Independent LTC pharmacy self-reported data segmented into two main subgroups: 1) number of residents serviced and 2) geographic region.
An overview of results, methodology and discussion of impact will be delivered at the conference via open forum allowing time for audience Q&A.

MHA members attending the Business Summit will receive a complimentary copy of the Independent Long Term Care Member Study. All members not in attendance will be able to request a copy of the study directly through their National Account Manager.
