By deploying a customized version, Resurrection Health Care's users can track physician and hospital information through the familiar Microsoft Office Outlook messaging and collaboration client that they already use, eliminating the need to open and use a separate customer relationship management (CRM) solution. This allows users to track physician information, specializations, and availability within one comprehensive contact database. Sales representatives can track all activities and opportunities within one customer record, including phone calls, emails and notes which are shared across separate departments.
After reviewing other CRM solutions, Resurrection Health Care chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on its ease of use and its integration to Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
