United States District Court Issues Temporary Restraining Order Against NUHW and Former Leaders of SEIU UHW; Court Orders Information and Property Belonging to SEIU UHW Members to Be Returned

The Court's order will enable SEIU UHW's trustees to work with members to process grievances and bargain contracts, and thereby protect the jobs, wages, benefits and retirement security of SEIU UHW members.
