Reorganizational Healing Provides Access to Greater Quality of Life, Reduced Stress

Model provides way of integrating and sustaining positive change, increasing wellness

WASHINGTON, May 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In today's uncertain times, increased stress can wreak havoc on a body's systems. Now, a new emerging wellness, growth and behavioral change paradigm helps individuals cultivate greater wellness, make healthier lifestyle choices and enjoy increased, sustainable quality of life in the face of challenges.

The approach, called Reorganizational Healing (ROH), helps people to better know how they create their life experiences and to find tools to redesign their health and life. The model, developed by Dr. Donald Epstein of the Association for Network Care Research, is featured in the May issue of the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (JACM), a peer-reviewed journal published by Mary Ann Liebert, Inc.
